NoSQL Database Admin (Chandler)

Position: NoSQL Database Administrator (DBA) Experience: 7+ Years Note: Only looking for independent Visa Holders We are seeking an experienced NoSQL DBA to support the design, deployment, administration, and production support of distributed database environments. The role involves managing highly available NoSQL database clusters in Linux environments and working closely with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain NoSQL database clusters across development, QA, and production environments Provide production support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support Administer distributed databases such as Redis, CockroachDB, Cassandra, and/or SingleStore Manage database availability, replication, backup, recovery, and monitoring Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support business-critical systems Support Linux/Unix system administration activities related to database environments Required Skills 7+ years of database administration and production support experience Strong experience with NoSQL databases (Redis, CockroachDB, Cassandra, SingleStore, or similar) Advanced Linux/Unix administration skills Strong scripting experience with Python, Shell/Bash, and Ansible Experience managing distributed database clusters in enterprise environments Knowledge of high availability, replication, backup/recovery, and performance tuning DevOps and automation experience Preferred Experience supporting large-scale production environments Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Matlen Silver
