The Opportunity

Streamline Urology is seeking a Florida-licensed physician to serve as a Collaborating Physician and Medical Director supporting autonomous Advanced Practice Providers delivering specialty urologic care throughout post-acute care. This role is intentionally designed to complement—not replace—your current practice.

What Your Month Looks Like

• Participate in a structured one-hour virtual collaboration meeting with your assigned APPs.
• Review questions submitted in advance and provide clinical insight.
• Be available for appropriate physician consultation and collaboration in accordance with Florida law.
• Participate in periodic quality and compliance review as needed.

We Handle the Administrative Work

• Initial onboarding and credentialing coordination.
• Facility credentialing and enrollment support.
• Preparation of collaboration agreements.
• License and credential tracking with renewal reminders.
• Meeting scheduling, agendas, educational materials, and follow-up.
• Clinical Manager support for APPs.
• Compliance oversight, internal auditing, HR, billing, and operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as Collaborating Physician in accordance with Florida requirements.
• Provide physician consultation and mentorship.
• Support evidence-based, protocol-driven care.
• Promote patient safety and quality improvement.
• Partner with Streamline leadership to strengthen clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted Florida license
• Board Certified
• Active DEA (if applicable)
• Urology preferred; Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Family Medicine or related specialties with interest in post-acute care encouraged
• Collaborative leadership style

Compensation

Competitive monthly stipend. Compensation increases with expanded collaboration responsibilities, including additional APPs, facilities, and regional leadership opportunities.
