Job Description Take action first: Lead a shift, including employee training, food & restaurant safety, and guest satisfaction. Be results‑oriented: Effectively delegate tasks to crew members and maintain shift targets. Lead the experience: Support the assistant manager and general manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in: kitchen (maintain food quality and safety), people (coach, train, and provide feedback in the hiring decision‑making process), and service (deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring your shift is well‑prepared and organized to provide the best service to every guest, both internal and external). Non‑Exempt / Full‑Time / Hourly Employee. Report to the general manager. Understand that teamwork is key: Leads by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards.
