Su producto principal es una plataforma de compañía IA que redefine las relaciones para millones de personas.## Responsabilidades clave* Gestionar y mantener relaciones con afiliados, asegurando su apoyo continuo.* Supervisar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos afiliados.* Monitorear el rendimiento de los afiliados y generar informes sobre tráfico, conversiones y ROI.* Analizar resultados para identificar áreas de mejora y optimizar campañas.* Investigar y reclutar nuevos afiliados y socios comerciales.* Resolver problemas relacionados con afiliados de manera oportuna.* Colaborar con equipos internos para crear embudos de conversión personalizados.## Requisitos indispensables* 5+ años de experiencia en marketing y gestión de afiliados.* Dominio de plataformas de marketing de afiliados.* Habilidades analíticas avanzadas para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en ellos.* Conocimiento avanzado de tácticas de marketing digital en diversos canales.* Competencia avanzada en herramientas como Everflow, Looker Studio y SEMrush.* Excelentes habilidades en Excel/Google Sheets para análisis y reportes.* Fluidez avanzada en inglés.## Suma puntos* Experiencia con sistemas complejos de seguimiento de afiliados.* Haber enfrentado desafíos como disputas de afiliados o problemas de seguimiento.* Experiencia previa en escalar programas de afiliados.* Conocimiento de estrategias de optimización de embudos y pruebas A/B.* Familiaridad con modelos de negocio basados en suscripciones.* Conocimiento de técnicas de prevención de fraudes.## Beneficios* Modalidad: remoto.* Jornada: tiempo completo.* 4 semanas de vacaciones pagadas al año.* Presupuesto mensual de 100 USD para seguro médico.* Acceso a sesiones ilimitadas con psicólogos y expertos en estilo de vida.* Presupuesto para espacio de coworking hasta dos veces al mes.* Presupuesto para aprendizaje y desarrollo profesional.* Equipo proporcionado: laptop, monitor y accesorios.
