Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time Remote Customer Service Advocate will handle inbound calls from policyholders, answer inquiries, and recommend policy upgrades while achieving sales goals in a metrics-driven environment. Key responsibilities: Field inbound customer calls regarding billing, policy changes, and sales inquiries Provide recommendations for policy improvements to encourage upgrades and new services Achieve monthly bonus opportunities based on sales and service metrics Required qualifications: Active life and health insurance license in the resident state or willingness to obtain one Proven experience in a metrics-driven sales or customer service role Ability to work full-time hours within the designated schedule Must pass a federal background check Reside in one of the eligible states: MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX (excluding Dallas, Euless, or San Antonio)
