About Our Client

Our client is hiring a Construction Superintendent - Multifamily and are hiring due to growth/strong pipeline. Our client is a very reputable general contractor and has a strong reputation in their space; they are positioned well for the forseeable future and have a strong pipeline of projects to support future growth.

Job Description

Lead daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Address and resolve issues to minimize delays and maintain project quality.
Supervise and manage site personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

A successful Construction Superintendent - Multifamily in New Haven, CT should have:

Experience with managing multifamily construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Effective communication skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
