Superintendent – Bridge – West Haven, CTWhy this role is good for you

You’ll oversee bridge construction projects from planning through delivery. This is a respected leadership role with a clear pathway into higher-level superintendent or executive roles.

• Lead heavy civil bridge construction projects.

• Supervise crews and subcontractors on site.

• Manage safety, quality, and cost reporting.

• Direct field operations and ensure productivity.

• Track budgets, cost reports, and progress.

• Enforce safety and quality standards on bridge projects.

• B.S. in Civil Construction or related (preferred).

• 8+ years of bridge/heavy civil supervision.

• OSHA 10 required.
