Recruiter

Onco360 Pharmacy, located in Houston, TX, seeks a Recruiter for a hybrid role within the local pharmacy team. The Recruiter will be directly responsible for recruiting, coordinating, and onboarding new hires, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, setting up interviews, and making offers. Recruiter Responsibilities Manage online applicant tracking systems; keep information up to date on candidate status through the application/hiring process. Consult with hiring managers to develop interview questions and ensure efficient interviews. Prepare job postings and work with supervisors to screen candidates. Represent the organization at job fairs to promote opportunities. Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary positions. Coordinate virtual and in‑person interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Make recommendations to hiring managers on candidates and salaries. Prepare and extend job offer information for pre‑employment screenings. Recruiter Qualifications Education/Learning Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Work Experience Required: 3+ years of recruiting or related work experience. Desired: High‑volume recruiting in healthcare. Skills/Knowledge Required: Knowledge of techniques to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
