Clearscapes is seeking an architect who is licensed in North Carolina and has 10+ years of experience. Someone who is self-motivated and works well in a collaborative environment with like-minded designers. We offer professional opportunities in all phases of architecture, from inception to completion. Our projects are design-forward and community-focused, and range in scale across diverse project types. Ideal Candidate: Professional degree in architecture (bachelor’s and/or master’s) by an NAAB institution Min. 10 years of professional experience post-graduation. Licensed in North Carolina. Able to provide innovative and practical solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and works well in a team environment. Is organized and self-motivated, has a proactive attitude and is eager to learn. Manages time and workload to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Has an intermediate understanding of how buildings are constructed, with the ability to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done including plans, elevations, details, and sections through to detailed construction drawings. Able to be flexible to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development. Shows creative and effective graphic presentation skills.
