We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our friendly and patient-focused Pediatric ENT practice on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays . If you enjoy working with children, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

• Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and medical histories

• Assisting the physician with examinations and in-office procedures

• Preparing and cleaning exam rooms

• Documenting patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Answering clinical questions and assisting with patient care coordination

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

• Operating and answering patient phone calls and online communications

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification preferred, but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

• Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

• Compassionate, reliable, and a positive team player

• Comfortable working with children and their families

• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred (modernizing medicine)
