Description The Carolina Clinic for Executive Health opened in 2009. Since relocating in January of 2025 to a larger facility in Chapel Hill, we are excited to grow our practice. If you want to be part of a small team, laser focused on white glove patient experience, come work with us. We are currently seeking a part‑time Corp Well Dietitian. This position provides direct patient care within the scope of practice for the Corp Well Dietitian. Processes privileged patient health information and returns patient calls. Analyzes data from patient interviews, chart reviews, and physical assessments to determine patients’ prevailing health conditions. Creates personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans to promote healthy habits, prevent chronic disease, and improve overall quality of life. Your passion belongs at UNC Health. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching and counseling for patients; leveraging expertise in nutrition and fitness. Support primary care medicine staff in chronic disease prevention and management in patient population of all ages. Work closely with the customer health and wellness team to meet the organization’s health management goals. Advise patients or healthy people to improve the overall health condition. Understand the prevailing health conditions and diagnose the required problems. Identify the need for behavioral change to improve health status, reduce health risks and improve quality of life. Conduct marketing and self‑advertisement to gain maximum participation for eligible population, meeting utilization targets and expectations. Design and coordinate programs for weight loss and other health topics of interest with a focus on lifestyle. Build and maintain practice volume through marketing efforts and presence at on‑campus health‑related events. Conduct client visits in person, virtually, and around the corporate campus. Perform comprehensive nutritional evaluation for Executive Physicals and educate the onsite healthcare team on areas of opportunity. Create presentation content, brainstorm ideas for employee engagement in nutrition programming, and partner closely with onsite gym and food service teams. Track data and employee usage of nutrition programs. Remain updated and knowledgeable on diet trends and concerns. Public speaking for small to large groups (10–500 people), holding the audience’s attention. Other Information Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred. Licensure/Certification Requirements License as a Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) by the North Carolina Board of Dietetics and Nutrition required. Certification as a Health Coach preferred. Counselor licensure preferred. Professional Experience Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of work experience successfully leading, designing, and implementing wellness programs.
