SBA Lead Underwriter — Strategic Small-Business Financing

Fifth Third Bank, via Provide, seeks an experienced SBA Lead Underwriter to review and decide complex small business loan applications in a centralized environment. You will focus on loan decisions, credit recommendations, and structuring deals aligned with risk appetite. You will collaborate with Sales and Relationship Managers to develop loan structures, ensure SBA compliance, and mentor junior colleagues.
