Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) nurse in Baker City, Oregon. This position involves providing specialized perioperative care within a healthcare facility's surgical unit. The role requires collaboration with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes during procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, valid licensure in the state of Oregon, trauma, neuro, and orthopedic experience, and an unrestricted license to practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in operating rooms with trauma, neuro, and orthopedic specialties.
• Call Requirements: Two to three 12-hour shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 0700-1900 or 1900-0700, with coverage on holidays falling on weekdays. One scheduled call shift per week. Staff may be asked to stay up to two hours past normal shift hours to cover cases that extend beyond scheduled times, with on-call time paid accordingly.
• Additional Information: The position involves working in a fast-paced surgical environment, supporting team members during procedures, and maintaining safety and sterility standards. Candidates should be adaptable to schedule flexibility and be prepared for on-call duties.
