Key Responsibilities: Perform clinical duties within the scope of practice of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/MA), as applicable. Oversee the daily activities and workflow of Medical Assistants and other clinical support staff. Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and supervision to clinical team members. Coordinate clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal use of resources. Prioritize patient needs and assist in managing patient care activities. Support staff orientation, training, and ongoing competency development. Ensure adherence to established clinical procedures, safety protocols, and organizational standards. Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to promote a cohesive work environment. Assist in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements. Skills and Qualifications: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA/MA). Proven experience in a clinical setting, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, safety standards, and healthcare regulations. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build positive working relationships. High level of initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
