What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in K-12 educational settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance with special education regulations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to embrace new environments as a travel SLP
What you’ll do:
- Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each case
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student needs
- Provide guidance on communication strategies for families and staff
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
