divh2Shift Leader/h2pShift Leaders are responsible for delivering on passionate hospitality, and maintaining company standards while delivering service excellence. This is an hourly position that supports salaried management in daily, administrative, and operational responsibilities in the restaurant in addition to providing excellent guest service on the floor./ppstrongResponsibilities/strong/pulliServes as primary point of contact for SOH when management is unavailable./liliProvides FOH training, coaching and feedback to the team./liliFrom time to time may assume full responsibility for running a shift./lili95% of the Shift Leaders time will be spent on the floor of the restaurant./liliActs as a mentor for new hires, assists with onboarding and ensures compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures./liliMay assist with coordinating staffing needs in the event a team member is unable to report to work/liliHandles cash receipts/ Store receipts/ Discounts, reconcile cash receipts and store bank funds/liliPerform other duties as assigned.
