About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader and trusted business partner for its West Division in the Diagnostics segment. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving financial performance, enabling profitable growth, and shaping the division's strategic direction. This high-impact role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full P&L management, FP&A, and a deep understanding of the financial intricacies of large, complex businesses, particularly within regulated industries. The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for strategic finance leadership, performance and value creation, financial planning and analysis, M&A and strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and team leadership. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with an MBA, CPA, and CMA. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 10 years in FP&A and P&L management, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a proven track record of driving financial and operational performance improvement. Experience in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated industries is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a background in modernizing FP&A capabilities, leading financial evaluations of acquisition opportunities, and ensuring strong financial governance and compliance. The role also requires a leader who can foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration within a high-performing finance team.
