Ecommerce Copywriter

To support a global retail leader, the contract Ecommerce Copywriter will execute high-impact omnichannel messaging and e-commerce copy focused on Toys, Electronics, and Seasonal initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally and optimizing digital collateral, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site presence in Los Angeles, CA. Key responsibilities: Execute high-impact omnichannel campaign messaging and e-commerce copy to elevate customer engagement across key product categories Translate complex marketing briefs and strategic brand priorities into captivating, high-converting retail copy Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, site management, legal, and copy leadership teams to optimize messaging and ensure seamless campaign delivery Required qualifications: 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 2 years focused on e-commerce platforms and retail messaging Specialized expertise in crafting compelling copy for consumer electronics, toys, entertainment media, or seasonal holiday retail campaigns Proven track record of self-managing and executing end-to-end copywriting initiatives from brief concept to final QA Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field Exceptional proofreading skills and strong brand alignment expertise Virtual Vocations Inc
