Help Desk TechnicianThe IT Support Technician will provide first-line and desktop-level technical support for Windows and macOS environments, including computers, peripherals, mobile devices, applications, networking, conference room technology, and other end-user technology. This is a highly visible, customer-focused position that requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, professionalism, and a willingness to work directly with users to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
