Now Hiring: Automotive Dealership Receptionist
Were looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our automotive dealership team at Metro Kia of Madison!
What Youll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Help direct customers to the appropriate Sales or Service department
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties, including scanning documents
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction
What Were Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Hours are Mon-Fri from noon to 8pm with Fridays off. Saturdays 9am-5pm.
