Dealing with clients in person and on the phone. Setting customer appointments. Inputting customer reservations into the computer. checking and responding to emails. Checking in dogs for boarding, daycare, & grooming. Filing. Requirements and Qualifications: Must have a love for animals and able to greet clients. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Computer skills This is a team afford to build customer relations. Kennel experience a plus!
