Receptionist

Job Description

• Greet guests, manage front desk operations, and provide excellent customer service.

• Issue badges and support visitor management processes.

• Submit and track facilities/workplace service tickets.

• Manage office kitchens, food deliveries, supplies, and overall workplace upkeep.

• Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a positive employee experience.

• Coordinate and support onsite events, meetings, and space setups.

• Communicate with internal teams through Slack, email, and ticketing systems.

• Assist with lifting and moving office supplies, event materials, and deliveries as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience working as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, concierge, or in the hospitality industry

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience supporting office operations, visitors, and employees in a professional environment

• Proficiency with basic office technology, Slack, and email - Corrigo experience

• Experience with badge creation and visitor management systems

• Facilities, workplace, or office operations experience

• Event coordination and office event setup experience

• Experience submitting and managing facilities/service tickets
