Now Hiring: Automotive Dealership Receptionist

We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our automotive dealership team at Metro Kia of Madison!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist with customer inquiries
• Help direct customers to the appropriate Sales or Service department
• Perform basic administrative and clerical duties, including scanning documents
• Maintain a professional and organized front desk
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Hours are Mon-Fri from noon to 8pm with Fridays off. Saturdays 9am-5pm.
