The Head of Inside Sales will also be tasked with establishing and managing key performance metrics, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through a culture of accountability and performance management. Applicants for the Head of Inside Sales position at the company should have a background in B2C, DTC, or consumer services, with experience in leading high-volume, consultative sales organizations.
