Salesforce Business AnalystLocation: Onsite (Des Moines, Iowa, USA for Canada- RemoteDuration: FulltimeExperience: 10+ yearWork Shift Requirements: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST (40 Hours / week)Job Description:Experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce (service operations & agent enablement).Proven ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across wealth management, insurance, and banking domains.Strong experience in client onboarding, policy/account lifecycle, householding, and financial data modeling within FSC.Skilled in designing and optimizing agent-centric workflows including case management, service processes, SLAs, and omnichannel routing using Agentforce.Hands-on experience in Service Cloud capabilities such as case lifecycle management, queues, workflows, and knowledge integration.Expertise in conducting gap analysis, process optimization, and solution design aligned with Salesforce best practices.Proficient in creating BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for Agile delivery models.Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Experience supporting UAT, release cycles, and production enhancements in enterprise Salesforce environments.Focused on improving agent productivity, customer experience, and service efficiency through optimized Salesforce implementations.
