Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with contractors, commercial fleets, municipalities, and dealerships by identifying customer needs and recommending vehicle accessories, equipment, and installation solutions that improve productivity, safety, and appearance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, generating opportunities, and growing accounts. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers, dealerships, municipalities, and contractors

Prospect and generate new business opportunities through various channels

Create and present estimates and proposals

Follow up on quotes and maintain consistent customer communication

Build and maintain dealership partnerships

Collaborate with inside sales and shop teams to ensure projects are completed successfully

Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs

Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the Company's CRM system

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred

Prior outside sales experience, especially in regard to commercial customers, contractors, municipalities, or dealerships, is preferred

Existing relationships within the local business community is preferred

Compensation

Base salary commensurate with experience

Commission plan based on performance
