Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations Educate homeowners on how solar saves money and adds long-term value Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions Build rapport and trust with customers in a retail environment Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence

Who We're Looking For

We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.

Motivated, goal-oriented individuals Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting No experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support Previous sales or solar closing experience is a plus for higher earning potential
