Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by handling incoming inquiries, documenting requests, and coordinating follow-up actions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and gather information regarding questions, concerns, or service needs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Create and manage service requests, ensuring issues are routed to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Communicate professionally with customers while providing updates and assistance as needed.
- Handle a high volume of calls and requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- Make outbound calls to obtain additional information, provide status updates, or follow up on open requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor and track open requests to help ensure an efficient customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and service standards.
- Provide general administrative and customer support as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, office, or high-volume support environment.
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with customers and gather accurate information.
- Experience entering data, maintaining records, or documenting customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems and software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
