North Rising Star is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Minneapolis team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for people who enjoy interacting with others and want to build experience in a busy, team-focused environment. Full training is provided, so we're interested in what you can bring to the role - not simply how much experience is already on your résumé. The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers at retail and event locations across the Minneapolis area. You'll help create a positive customer experience by: Engaging with customers face-to-face Introducing current campaigns and providing relevant information Answering questions and helping customers understand their options Identifying interest and supporting the sales process Building rapport with a wide range of people Contributing toward individual and team goals From Day One, You'll Receive Weekly base pay + performance-based earnings Full initial training Ongoing coaching and feedback Full-time hours Customer service and communication experience A supportive, social team environment Opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibility Who Would Do Well Here?
