Customer Service Representative
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55432 Duration: 6+ Months Role: Support customers through phone/email order management, inquiries, order entry, order status, shipment tracking, and invoicing. Coordinate with internal teams and route Service/Repair, Quality, or other requests appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in English.
- Enter and manage customer orders in ERP systems.
- Track shipments and provide order/status updates.
- Handle order clarification, invoicing, and transactional customer support.
- Route customer issues to Service/Repair, Quality, or appropriate teams.
- Work with Commercial and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have:
- 4+ years relevant customer service/order management experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with urgency.
- Experience with ERP/order management systems.
Preferred:
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- SAP S/4HANA Fiori and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Excel, Access, and Word proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
