Customer Service Representative

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you'll assist customers over the phone, coordinate service appointments, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. Responsibilities

• Answer 80-100 inbound customer calls daily
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after appointments
• Accurately update customer information in company systems
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction
• Document customer communications and appointment details
• Follow established call center procedures and quality standards
• Work closely with team members and leadership to support business goals

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with computers and multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

• Previous call center experience
• Automotive dealership or service-related experience
• Technical support experience
• Experience using CRM or customer management software

Training & ScheduleTraining

• Tuesday-Saturday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• One weekday off each week
• 40 hours per week with potential overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
