Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and texting interactions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions or escalating issues as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries or service requests.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
• Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and stay informed on plumbing services knowledge.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and standard office tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
