Heavy Civil Project Manager – Salary $100,000–$125,000 per year. Located in Arizona, relocation assistance may be available. About the Company We are a heavy civil general contractor specializing in wet utility, roadway, and water/wastewater facility construction. Our team brings deep experience executing complex infrastructure projects for both public and private clients across the Southwest. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance. Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance. Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations. Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred). Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar Project Management Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, HCSS Heavybid a plus).
