About Us Phoenix-based water and wastewater treatment plant construction team with experience in heavy civil and industrial projects. Job Details Position: Heavy Civil/Industrial Project Manager – Water/Wastewater Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year Benefits Competitive Base Salary Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision 401k + match Company Truck/Truck Allowance Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of water and wastewater and pump station construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on time, within budget, and highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all phases of project development and execution. Prepare, review, and update project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Coordinate and supervise construction from conceptual development through final construction, ensuring all works are carried out according to design specifications. Manage and resolve any issues or problems arising during the project, properly documenting and communicating changes to all relevant parties. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards related to water and wastewater construction projects. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any changes. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the heavy civil/industrial construction sector. Proven experience managing water and wastewater construction projects, including underground utilities, pump stations, site work, structural concrete, process piping, mechanical piping, and yard piping. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards related to water and wastewater construction. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
