About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant at Tri City Subaru, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the retail automotive industry. Your primary objective will be to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budget. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the purchasing process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact customer loyalty and the dealership's reputation in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
