Remote Tax Operations Lead & SME

Intuit is seeking a Lead Tax Processor and SME for Payroll Tax Operations. This technical leadership role will own the most complex escalations, govern SOPs, and coach the team to build capabilities. You will be the primary go‑to resource for TP1–TP3 staff, ensuring accurate, audit‑ready resolutions across multi‑state payroll tax issues.
