What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments efficiently Make outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance appointments Follow up on completed service orders to ensure an outstanding customer experience Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details and scheduling updates Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep the daily schedule running smoothly Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of customer service experience At least 1 year of experience scheduling inbound service calls and booking appointments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience using ServiceTitan Previous customer service experience with a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service company Jason Mazzer Plumbing is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr TradeCore Recruiting
