Marketing Systems Specialist

Supporting the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, the full-time Marketing Systems Specialist will manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms, ensuring effective campaign deployment and data accuracy while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and operate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM, managing campaign setup and user support Build, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely execution and performance optimization Maintain data quality and generate reports on campaign performance and lead activity to support business decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Info Systems, or a related field 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or CRM administration Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms, particularly Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willingness to obtain Salesforce Administrator Certification within the first year of employment preferred
