Central Sterile Tech - Night ShiftJob Summary: Responsible for performing sterilization procedures on medical instruments and equipment in accordance with established procedures, infection control standards, industry standards, recommended practices on sterilization and regulatory requirements. Does this position require Patient Care? NoEssential Functions:Processes specialty and general instruments.Resets instrument sets without error.Decontaminates instruments and equipment according to procedure.Maintain Central Sterile Department stock levels.Prepares and assembles surgical tray and equipment following established tray listings for issue, storage, or further processing.Communicates instrument repair needs to supervisor.Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent requiredCan this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
