We are seeking proven Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) General Managers to lead high-volume restaurant operations for a growing franchise organization in Georgia.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced QSR operator who has demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales, controlling labor and food costs, and maintaining strong operational standards. We are looking for restaurant leaders with the potential to grow into future multi-unit leadership roles .

The ideal candidate is hands-on, accountable, results-driven, and experienced in operating within a fast-paced, high-volume QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Build, train, coach, and develop high-performing management and hourly teams
• Recruit and retain strong restaurant talent
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, operational execution, and profitability
• Manage labor, food costs, COGS, inventory, and waste
• Review financial and operational performance and implement action plans
• Create effective staffing and scheduling plans based on business needs
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Ensure consistent execution of restaurant procedures and service standards
• Hold managers and team members accountable for performance
• Develop a strong culture focused on teamwork, hospitality, and accountability
• Support new restaurant openings and operational growth as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, retention, and profitability

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Previous QSR management experience
• Proven experience leading a high-volume restaurant
• Strong understanding of labor and food-cost management
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
• Demonstrated accountability and follow-through
• Strong food safety and guest-service knowledge
• Hands-on leadership style
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred or ability to obtain within 5 days
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred QSR Background

We strongly encourage experienced operators from established, high-volume QSR organizations, including:

• McDonald's
• Chick-fil-A
• Whataburger
• Jack in the Box
• Other comparable high-volume QSR brands

Candidates from Popeyes, Bojangles, Waffle House, or Burger King will not be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for more than a traditional restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is a proven operator and potential future multi-unit leader who has:

• Managed high-volume QSR operations
• Led sizable restaurant teams
• Owned labor and food-cost performance
• Built strong hiring and retention practices
• Consistently achieved operational and financial goals
• Demonstrated career progression within a QSR organization
• Experience with restaurant openings or grand openings is a plus
• A strong ownership mentality and desire to grow with an expanding organization

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$70,000 base salary
• Up to $10,000 performance-based bonus

Location

Opportunities are available in Hinesville, Perry, and the new Milledgeville/Macon area location .

Candidates located within approximately 30 minutes of their assigned restaurant are preferred. Strong QSR operators willing to relocate may also be considered, with relocation assistance available.
