Summary:

**Experience Required:**- 3 years of experience required.- Trauma Level I Experience: Required.- Circulate required. Scrub preferred.- Well-rounded OR RN, current in most areas except CV & Transplant.- Must have at least 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience if screened > 2 years.- 18 months experience required, with possible exceptions depending on the unit.**Certifications Required:**- BLS (Basic Life Support)- ACLS* (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)- PALS* (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)**Licensure:**- Pending license accepted. Must have IN, compact, or temp license at time of start.**Skills and Qualifications:**- Trauma Level I - HARD STOP.- Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Abdominoplasty, ALIF, Anterior cervical fusion, etc.- Competence in general OR procedures, robotics, and trauma cases.**Leadership Experience:**- Previous Charge Experience is not required.**Education:**- University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation.**Additional Requirements:**- 2 supervisor references required.- Floating within hospital or to nearby affiliates is 100% required for all travelers.- Requires working 2 out of 3 major holidays.
