Marketing Coordinator

Job Description Work hours: 20hr/ week Pay Rate: $37/hr (may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.) Location New York City New York Duration Expected 06 month contract with possible extension Featured Benefits Medical Insurance in compliance with the ACA 401(k) Sick leave in compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws Key Skills Advance Excel, Event Planning, Marketing, Power Point Key Responsibilities & Qualifications MS Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel Project Management Strong attention to detail Action oriented Work independently 2-5 years – Flexible Tactical execution of marketing deliverables. This includes tracking and communicating production status to internal stakeholders, trafficking approvals and consolidating feedback that the marketing team can leverage for strategic decision making, maintaining marketing calendars and coordinating creative asset deliverables across all touchpoints. Specific areas of support will include host/ leased business (Macy’s, Bass Pro, etc), local/ mall and event activations. With guidance of marketing director, manager and VP, development of project briefs and campaign recap presentations.
