Armed Security Officer (Military/Law Enforcement Experience Required)
Location: Boca Raton Pay: $26 per hour Job Type: Part-time/Flex/Events Expected Hours: Sundays 7:30 am- 11:30 amStart Date: Immediate About Guardian Group Solutions

We specialize in providing professional uniformed security officers to executive residences, private schools, faith-based organizations, and commercial sites throughout South Florida. Our Uniformed Division is composed of experienced military veterans, former law enforcement officers, and specialized private security professionals. We are committed to delivering exceptional security services with integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline. License # B3300046 Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly reliable and physically active Armed Security Officer to join our team in Boca Raton FL. This position is ideal for a former military service member/law enforcement looking to contribute to church safety and community food pantry program in a visible, disciplined, and impactful role. This is a permanent assignment, Sundays 7:30am-11:30am with opportunities for additional hours. Officers will be stationed at a church campus where professionalism, presence, and proactive deterrence are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure campus environment for clergy and guests
- Conduct active patrols of church grounds and access points
- Monitor entry/exit areas and enforce visitor access control procedures
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies swiftly and effectively
- Must be capable of patrolling actively outside on foot
- Deter and detect potential threats through active presence and situational awareness
- U.S. Military service preferred
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Valid Florida Class G License
- Experience in church, school or institution security preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be physically capable of standing, patrolling
- Excellent verbal communication and de-escalation skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Neatly groomed appearance
- Must be able to successfully pass a firearms proficiency test
Sundays 7:30am-11:30am
- Opportunity to expand hours based on performance and client needs
- $26.00 per hour
