Change Management AnalystThe Opportunity: Organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better.In this role you'll help to plan and manage the transition from legacy to modernized Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services from start to finish, including decommissioning plans, release-management plans, adjusted business processes, and historical logs for trace ability, all in collaboration with the associated product delivery teams.As Change Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing the day-to-day transition, decommissioning, and release-management processes supporting stakeholder working groups and leadership briefs during migration events.You'll hold meetings to discuss changes that are going to be required in production and document the stakeholder approval process. You'll provide evidence for the completion of changes. You'll create, update, close tickets for changes, as well as present the changes to the change board. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
