Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs and appliance troubleshooting.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of apartment units.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with property management to uphold safety standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Handle various repair tasks, such as patching drywall, fixing doors and hinges, repairing or replacing ceiling fans, and painting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field; experience in construction or the hotel industry is also welcomed.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of systems and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation.
