We are seeking a driven and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining efficient store management. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of quick-service restaurant management, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow team members. This role also requires extensive hands-on cooking and food preparation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience, training, and a passion for the culinary arts.

Duties

Assist in managing daily store operations, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing staff and ensuring adherence to company policies & procedures
• Supervise and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance
• Monitor and assist in all functions of the restaurant as needed: Cashier, Pizza Maker, Dough Prep, Prep Cook, etc.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities as needed: Orders, Inventory Management, Scheduling, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management and/or kitchen management is required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in team management and supervising staff
• Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Strong sense of initiative, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent attention to detail
• Prior culinary experience/training is required
• Prior pizza-making experience is preferred
