This role is perfect for someone who wants to learn, stay active, work with their hands, and build a long-term industrial maintenance career with a company committed to developing its team.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair production equipment across the facility, including presses, bindery machines, and related systems.Carry out routine mechanical tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, part changes, and equipment adjustments.Support preventive maintenance efforts to boost equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Respond to maintenance calls on the production floor and assist with equipment checks and inspections.Follow all required safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and hazard reporting, to ensure a safe work environment.Keep maintenance logs accurate, tools organized, and the work area clean and orderly.Schedule is 1st Shift / 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Monday – Friday.
