What You'll Do:  

• Monitor resident health and wellness through routine assessments, observations, and ongoing evaluation of individual needs
• Deliver professional nursing services in alignment with individualized support plans, community standards, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate resident transitions, including admissions, room changes, and discharges, while helping ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate and current records related to resident services, medication administration, and clinical observations
• Participate in care conferences, assessments, and the development and review of individualized resident plans
• Partner with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support resident satisfaction, comfort, and overall quality of life

What You'll Need:  

• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required) 
• CPR certification (required)
• 1+ years of nursing experience required, preferably in long-term care setting 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
