Responsibilities Deliver nursing practices based on evidence-based research, policies, and standards to provide safe, individualized, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Maintain ongoing communication with patients, colleagues, and the healthcare team regarding patient status, care, and treatment plans. Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards. Administer medications utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safety. Provide patient and family-centered care to promote health, wellness, and disease management. Collaborate across disciplines in managing patient care plans from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions and continuous care. Qualifications Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license. Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification. BSN strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years. At least six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing needs, and demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and a passion for high-quality patient care.
