Outside Sales Representative

Diesel Truck Parts — Miami-Dade Territory

Doral, FL ·  Full-time ·  $53,000–$70,000/year —  $42,000 base salary plus 4% commission on everything you sell, uncapped

A working territory, handed to you

You take over a book of 150 active accounts . You also get a territory map built from Florida vehicle registration data showing, zip code by zip code, where the trucks are and where we have big potential

You are not starting cold, and you are not only hunting. The book pays you from week one; what you build on top of it is where this gets interesting.

About NKR

We have spent 20 years importing and distributing Isuzu truck parts across the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. We operate out of Doral and Pompano Beach. We stock real inventory — when you promise a part, it ships. Our customers are repair shops, parts distributors and fleets: delivery, construction, landscaping, towing, food service, equipment rental.

What you'll do

•        Run the Miami-Dade territory: Hialeah, Doral, Medley, Kendall, Homestead, Opa-Locka, Allapattah and the south end of the county

•        Hold and grow the accounts already buying — they need to see you, not just hear from you

•        Reactivate the accounts that went quiet, and open new ones, with fleets as the priority

•        Quote, follow orders through, and clear whatever gets stuck, so the customer orders again

•        Log your calls and your pipeline; we measure activity, not just results

What we're looking for

•        Bilingual Spanish–English, functional in both

•        Two or more years of outside sales, in front of customers — counter or phone sales alone won't transfer

•        Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle

•        Comfortable with part numbers, catalogs and VINs

•        Someone who will protect a book and grow it, not just service it

•        Background in truck, diesel or heavy equipment parts (Isuzu, Hino, Fuso, Mitsubishi)

•        Existing relationships with Miami-Dade fleets

•        You know Hialeah, Doral, Homestead and Kendall well enough to run a route without a GPS

•        A track record working against quota — and you can tell us your numbers

What we offer

•        $3,500/month base salary — paid in full from day one, not a draw against commission

•        4% commission on everything you sell , uncapped.
